Apple Crisps

Ingredients
- 2 medium tart cooking apples (approximately 2 c.)
- 2 tbsp. water
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. margarine, softened
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Step by step
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Pare and slice apples.
- Divide the apple slices between two 10 oz. custard cups. Sprinkle water over slices.
- Mix flour, sugar, margarine and cinnamon with a fork until crumbly; sprinkle over apples.
- Bake uncovered until the topping is light golden brown and apples are tender, 25-30 minutes.
