Apple Crisps

Ingredients

  • 2 medium tart cooking apples (approximately 2 c.)
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. margarine, softened
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Step by step

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Pare and slice apples.
  • Divide the apple slices between two 10 oz. custard cups. Sprinkle water over slices.
  • Mix flour, sugar, margarine and cinnamon with a fork until crumbly; sprinkle over apples.
  • Bake uncovered until the topping is light golden brown and apples are tender, 25-30 minutes.
