Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. 8 oz. macaroni
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Step by step
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook macaroni.
- In a 1 1/2 qt. baking dish, alternate macaroni and cheese.
- To prepare the sauce, melt butter, blend in flour, stir in milk and then seasoning. No lumps allowed!
- Bring sauce to a boil, stirring.
- Pour sauce into baking dish, covering well.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until browned.
