Bread Stuffing

Ingredients
- 4 cups of bread
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- minced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- poultry seasoning
Step by step
- Tear the loaf of bread into small pieces and allow to dry overnight until hard.
- Reserving bread, melt butter in large pan with all other ingredients.
- Once the butter is melted, turn off heat and add bread, stirring until envenly moist.
- Stuff turkey, or heat in casserole dish for 30-45 minutes at 350°F. If cooking in dish, uncover for last 10-15 minutes to allow for browning and crisping.
