Cavatelli and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 6-10 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. margarine
- 2 bunches broccoli
- 8 oz. fat free chicken broth
- 1 pkg. frozen cavatelli (16 oz.)
- parsley
- basil
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
Step by step
- In a large skillet, sauté garlic, oil and margarine.
- When margarine is melted, add broccoli and then chicken broth.
- Cook at medium to high heat.
- At the same time, add cavatelli to boiling water, cooking until al dente.
- Mix the two together, and then add parsley, basil and cheese.
