Chicken and Garlic

Ingredients
- 1 lb. egg noodles
- 1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts (2 1/2 lbs.)
- salt
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 4-6 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp. finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh marjoram (or a pinch of dried marjoram)
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. softened margarine
- chopped parsley (garnish)
Step by step
- Cook egg noodles.
- Cut chicken into strips 1/4 to 1/3" thick and salt lightly.
- Sauté the chicken in oil over high heat for 1-2 minutes until they are firm and springy, and all surfaces are opaque.
- Add the garlic and herbs and cook for one minute longer on high heat, stirring and tossing constantly.
- Add noodles and toss thoroughly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add cheese and margarine and toss.
- Serve immediately with chopped parsley as garnish.
