Chicken with Stir Fry Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, halved, boned and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 6 oz. water chestnuts
  • teriyaki sauce
  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 2 c. celery, diagonally sliced
  • 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 lemon

Step by step

  • Heat oil in wok.
  • Stir-fry chicken in hot oil until tender.
  • Add remaining ingredients and cook briefly.
  • Sprinkle generously with fresh lemon juice.
