Chicken with Stir Fry Vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, halved, boned and thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 6 oz. water chestnuts
- teriyaki sauce
- 4 medium zucchini
- 2 c. celery, diagonally sliced
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 lemon
Step by step
- Heat oil in wok.
- Stir-fry chicken in hot oil until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook briefly.
- Sprinkle generously with fresh lemon juice.
