Chicken and Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3+oz. Stove Top stuffing
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Step by step

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place chicken in a roasting pan.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Mix soup and milk and pour over chicken.
  • Pour stuffing on top and drizzle with margarine.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  • Serves 4.
