Jello Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. 3 oz. Jello
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil (not olive oil)
- 4 eggs, beaten
Step by step
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Empty cake mix into large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat 3 minutes until smooth.
- If using fancy pan like Bundt pan grease and flour pan, and pour in mix.
- Otherwise, pour into pan lined with wax paper.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes (Bundt pan). Cupcakes, bake 15 minutes. For a 13x9x2 or 9x5x3 loaf pan, bake 40-45 minutes.
- Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan.
