Jello Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
• 1 pkg. 3 oz. Jello
• 3/4 c. water
• 1/2 c. vegetable oil (not olive oil)
• 4 eggs, beaten

Step by step

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Empty cake mix into large bowl.
• Add remaining ingredients and beat 3 minutes until smooth.
• If using fancy pan like Bundt pan grease and flour pan, and pour in mix.
• Otherwise, pour into pan lined with wax paper.
• Bake for 50-55 minutes (Bundt pan). Cupcakes, bake 15 minutes. For a 13x9x2 or 9x5x3 loaf pan, bake 40-45 minutes.
• Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan.
