Macaroni and Cheese (Wyble)

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 2 c. macaroni
- 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
- paprika
Step by step
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Begin cooking macaroni.
- While the macaroni cooks, melt the butter.
- When melted, remove the butter from heat and stir in flour and mustard.
- Add milk and return to heat, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth.
- Add cheese and heat until melted, stirring occasionally.
- Combine sauce and macaroni in 2-quart casserole dish, and cover with bread crumbs and paprika.
- Bake 25 minutes or until browned.
- Makes 4-6 servings.
