Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. prepared or dry mustard
- 2 c. elbow macaroni
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- chopped onion
- chopped pepper
- chopped celery
- shaved carrots
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
Step by step
- Dissolve sugar in lemon juice.
- Add mustard and mix well.
- Whip in mayonnaise.
- Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl and add mayonnaise mixture.
- Chill.

For the whole salad, 22 points if low fat mayonnaise is used. Otherwise, 44 points.
