Ingredients
- Cake
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 3-oz. box Jello instant pistachio pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. Midori
- 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
- Glaze
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. Midori
- 1/2 c. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Step by step
- Cake
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
- Pour into well greased Bundt pan.
- Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
- Cool about 15 minutes in pan, then turn over onto cooling rack
- Glaze
- Mix and beat all ingredients at high speed until smooth and spreadable.
- Glaze while cake is slightly warm.
