Ingredients

  • Cake
    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 1 3-oz. box Jello instant pistachio pudding
    • 4 eggs
    • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
    • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    • 3/4 c. Midori
    • 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
  • Glaze
    • 2 c. powdered sugar
    • 1/2 c. Midori
    • 1/2 c. cream cheese
    • 2 tbsp. butter
    • 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring

Step by step

  • Cake
    • Preheat oven to 350°F.
    • Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
    • Pour into well greased Bundt pan.
    • Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
    • Cool about 15 minutes in pan, then turn over onto cooling rack
  • Glaze
    • Mix and beat all ingredients at high speed until smooth and spreadable.
    • Glaze while cake is slightly warm.
