Pasta Primavera

Ingredients
- 6 oz. uncooked pasta (penne, rotini)
- 8 1/2 oz. sweet peas, drained
- 8 oz. green beans, drained
- 8 oz. sliced carrots
- 4 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes
- garlic
- onion
- salt
- black pepper
- parmesan cheese
Step by step
- Cook pasta, drain.
- Heat vegetables in a large saucepan while cooking pasta.
- Toss in pasta.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parmesan cheese if desired.
