Pasta Primavera

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. uncooked pasta (penne, rotini)
  • 8 1/2 oz. sweet peas, drained
  • 8 oz. green beans, drained
  • 8 oz. sliced carrots
  • 4 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes
  • garlic
  • onion
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parmesan cheese

Step by step

  • Cook pasta, drain.
  • Heat vegetables in a large saucepan while cooking pasta.
  • Toss in pasta.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with parmesan cheese if desired.
