Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
- 24 peanut butter cookies (e.g. Nutter Butters)
- 5 tbsp. butter, melted
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. cool whip, thawed
Step by step
- Crush cookies and mix crumbs with butter.
- Press onto bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate.
- Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Gently stir in 1 1/2 c. cool whip.
- Spoon into crust.
- Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm.
- Let stand 30 minutes or until easily cut.
- Garnish with remaining cool whip and additional cookies, if desired.
- Before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup on plates.
- Serves 8.
