Potato salad (Goldman)

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. potatoes
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 2 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. finely chopped pepper
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Step by step
- Cook potatoes until soft, about 35 minutes.
- Peel potatoes and cut to size.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, chill.
