Seasoned potatoes

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. gravy seasoning
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- potatoes, chunked (approx. 2 lbs.)
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
Step by step
- Combine oil, water, gravy seasoning and bouillon cubes in bottom of cold frying pan.
- Turn on heat to pan.
- Season potatoes with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Add potatoes to pan and bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to a simmer.
- After 30 minutes, turn potatoes over and add onions.
- Periodically add water as needed to maintain liquid level.
- Cook another 15-30 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
