Steamed salmon
Ingredients
- Salmon filets
- Fresh lemons
- Fresh dill
Step by step
- Defrost salmon filets if frozen.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place salmon filets on a generously sized piece of alumnium foil.
- Squeeze fresh lemon on top of filets, and place a couple of slices on each filet.
- Place sprigs of fresh dill on each filet.
- Close the foil over the filets, making a steaming bag.
- Place in oven on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes.
