Steamed salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon filets
  • Fresh lemons
  • Fresh dill

Step by step

  • Defrost salmon filets if frozen.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place salmon filets on a generously sized piece of alumnium foil.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon on top of filets, and place a couple of slices on each filet.
  • Place sprigs of fresh dill on each filet.
  • Close the foil over the filets, making a steaming bag.
  • Place in oven on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes.
