Three Bean salad

Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can light red kidney beans
- 1-2 ts. crushed garlic, to taste
- bunch fresh herbs, chopped fine (perhaps parsley and savory, but just about anything will work)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/8 c. olive oil
Step by step
- Toss ingredients together a day in advance.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight for best flavor, stirring occasionally.
